Information we collect

When you submit a form, RS Summit may collect the information you provide, the page that initiated the submission, technical request metadata used for security, and a server-generated receipt that records whether the submission was accepted.

How we use information

Information may be used to respond to your request, provide requested resources, assess service fit, maintain website security, and improve the site and client experience.

Submission security

Site submissions use server validation, CSRF protection, signed one-time submission tokens, rate controls, and audit receipts. A browser success message is not shown until the server confirms acceptance.

Production legal review

This RC1 privacy notice is an implementation draft, not legal advice. The production gate requires confirmation of the legal entity name, applicable contact details, retention rules, analytics/cookie practices, and legal review.
